Client: Retro Haus Films
Project Description: Design a poster for a movie in pre-production entitled This Is The Edge
Background Information: I was approached by Retro Haus Films, an independent film company (that shortly after I met with them went out of business) to do a poster for one of their movies in pre-production. They just simply gave me the title and I was given free rein to do whatever I wanted. I also proposed a new logo for them seen here in the graphic identity section.

They just simply gave me the title and I was given free rein to do whatever I wanted. I also proposed a new logo for them seen here in the graphic identity section.
I had a lot of fun creating this logo for Retro Haus Films. I wanted to infuse my solution with some sort of anthropomorphic qualities and at the same time pay homage to classic movies. If you look closely at the base of the camera you can see I mimicked the hand created by Saul Bass for the 1955 movie The Man With the Golden Arm staring, Frank Sinatra.
