Project Description: Design a poster for Nathan Sawaya The Art Of The Brick Exhibit at The Franklin Institute Background Information: Legos hold an iconic place in my heart. I truly believe they are so much more than a toy. They taught me how to design, build and most of all think. They were an endless source of fun and imagination. When I read Nathan Sawaya had created a body of work using nothing but Legos I had to see it. I was fortunate to see it before it opened to the public and as I hoped this show was really amazing. Using the images taken from my i-phone on site I came up with these poster designs that would also serve as print ads and banners for city wide promotional purposes. |
